Evil Husband, Glutton Wife: Buy Miss Piggy, Get Free Little Buns

Chapter 242 Not Going to School 2

242 Not Going to School 2

While it wasn't mandatory for her children to attend daycare or kindergarten, she wanted them to learn to socialize with other children and not cage themselves here at home. Plus, if they were attending school, it would mean returning Feng Tianyi some of his free time to do his work.

Tang Moyu understood that he was busier these days, courtesy of the company they had both founded. She felt a little guilty, pushing all the tasks to him and could only contribute once in a while. His writing time had also lessened because of it.

Feng Tianyi gave her a wry smile. He could somewhat understand why Baobao did what he did back then. He was probably cornered or those children had touched the boy's bottom line making him snap.

Anyway, that wouldn't mean that it's impossible to convince her little buns. She probably hadn't realized the best approach to convince them.

"Have you tried to homeschool them?" That's one of the options she could have. Many parents had opted for these but Tang Moyu shook her head.

"No. I'd rather see them try to live normally and interact with other children." Her eyes lowered as she fiddled her fingers. "I don't want them to experience being cast aside and forgotten by others."

The devil why Tang Moyu was insisting over it. She didn't want her children to lose the chance to experience being a kid like she did. When she was younger, she probably didn't experience playing with other children because of the way Zhang Wuying chose to raise her.

"Alright. I understand. At least, let me try to persuade Baobao, who knows, he might be open to reasoning." He insisted.

Tang Moyu stared at him for a moment before nodding in agreement. It wouldn't hurt to try. Maybe her little buns would listen to him as always. She started to wonder if she was too strict on her children, causing them to seek after Feng Tianyi instead.

Urgh, she didn't want to lose her little buns's affection to Feng Tianyi, but what else could she do? Her boyfriend spent more time with her children these days and she was always away for work, so it was only natural that they would listen to him.

If she could, she would definitely try her best to spend more time with them. There were times when she wondered if she made the right decision by coming back and taking over the company from her treacherous family.

If she hadn't, perhaps she would have more time to spare to attend to her twins' needs and wouldn't have to worry every time she left them at home.

Feng Tianyi followed the little buns to the garden, calling out Xiao Bao. The boy ran towards him but his face had a deep frown on it. It seemed that he had already guessed why he was called by his Daddy Ji.

"Can I talk to you? Man to man?" He asked the little boy.

Little Feiyu blinked twice, not expecting his Daddy Ji to ask him like that.

He helped push his wheelchair to the gazebo in their garden before taking a seat across his Daddy Ji.

"What is it about, Daddy?" He asked curiously. No doubt their Mommy sought his help to convince him and Little Star.

"Well, I know you are the little man of the house, but I think Baobao hasn't realized the gravity of his responsibilities yet. Do you know why your mother wants you and Little Star to attend school?"

The little boy shook his head. He guessed it was because other children did, so she expected them to do the same.

Little Feiyu didn't want to cause trouble again, or see his Mommy be disappointed in him because he couldn't control his temper.

"Are you still thinking about the last fight you had with your old classmates?" Feng Tianyi asked, seeing the conflicted expression on Xiao Bao's face.

The little boy nodded and avoided meeting his Daddy Ji's eyes.

"Can you tell Daddy Ji what happened? I promise it would be a secret between us."

That took the boy's attention as he snapped his head to look back at him.

"You promise? You promise not to tell my mommy?" His obsidian eyes looked at Feng Tianyi with curiosity.

Feng Tianyi nodded and extended his pinky finger to the boy.

"Daddy Ji promises not to tell Mommy."

It's not like he was lying. Tang Moyu probably knew what had troubled her son back then and was waiting for the boy to tell her himself but because the boy was worried about her, he hadn't said anything.

Tang Feiyu hesitated for a moment but narrated the events of what happened that day, leading to his and Little Star's refusal to attend schools no matter how hard their mommy tried to convince them.

"So they talked bad about your Mommy?" Feng Tianyi was shocked to hear it from Xiao Bao. No wonder the boy snapped at those children. Even he would do the same if someone badmouthed his mother in front of him. He then realized that the two little buns were just desperate for a father.

Was it why when they first met, they tried to hard sell their mother to him?

Remembering how he'd met the Tang twins, he now understood why they easily accepted him and tried to set him up with their mother. Not that he was complaining anyway. They were right. Their mother was quite a catch.

Xiao Bao nodded, looking flustered in his seat.

"I can't ignore it. They can say anything about me, but they can't badmouth my mommy or Little Star. My hand hurt though, Daddy." He admitted.

The devil laughed at that. Of course it would hurt.
