"What?" Rose asked making Valentina chuckle.

"I think, you heard me right! Didn't you?" Valentina asked.

"I did... But... Dad, what is she talking about?" Rose asked making Valantina laugh out loud.

"Rose, why are you behaving as if you don't know anything in the first place?" Valentina asked.

"Well... I am not getting about what you are talking! So yeah!" Rose answered.

"Oh... My. So you don't know how your Dad fixed your marriage with Xavier, huh?" Valentina asked.

"Well..." Rose said as she looked at Edward and he looked away.

"Oh my gosh... You really don't know anything?" Valentina asked making Rose frown.

"I know." Rose answered making Valantina raise her eyebrows at her.

"My Dad... Went to talk to him..." Rose said making Valentina raise her eyebrows at her.

"And you think, he just agreed?" Valentina asked and Rose looked at Edward.

"Yeah..." Rose answered.

"Wow... I never thought you could be so innocent, Rose?" Valentina asked making Rose frown.

"Huh? You mean right now is that my Dad is blackmailing my father in law?" Rose asked and Valentina nodded her head in yes.

"No!" Edward answered making Rose and Valentina turn towards him.

Valentina raised her eyebrows at him and Rose frowned Edward.

"Dad... Please clear this misunderstanding... What is she trying to tell? I am sure... My dad won't do that..." Rose said and Edward shook his head as he walked towards Rose.

"No, Love... I didn't... She is just lying... Without thinking about anything!" Edward replied.

"And why would she do that?" Rose asked making Edwrad sigh.

Edward turn towards Valentina and saw her smirking at him.

"Valentina... I don't understand why are you lying... But I am sure... You are telling this just to give a shot... To create a misunderstanding between us... Isn't it?" Edward asked making Valentina chuckle.

"And why would you think I would create a misunderstanding between your father and daughter?" Valentina asked.

"Because... You lo..." Rose cut off in mid sentence as she realised what she is going to tell just now.

Edward turned towards Rose and raised his eyebrows at her and Valentina did same. She lokked at her with a smirk but Rose shook her head and looked at Valentina.

"Because... You like my husband!" Rose said making Valentina let out a small chuckle and Edward sighed. 

Valentina looked at Edward and looked at him with her eyebrows raise.

"Well... I just gave an another shot to your dad... A few minutes back... It would have been good if you are here at that time... But unfortunately... You are not here... But still, I guess, your Father mind is clear with the shot I gave him." Valentina said as she smiled at the Father and daughter duo making Rose frown at her and Edward gritted his teeth looking at Valentina.

"Dad... What is she talking about?" Rose asked as she looked at him but saw him just keep staring at Valentina and she is staring back at him the same way... 

Rose frowned as she is confused not understanding what was and what did happened the few minutes ago... As Valentina is mentioning and never ever she saw her dad is behaving like this infront of her before... Even though how much angry he is, he still used to behave calmly and used to clear everything to her as he doesn't want anything to keep in Rose's mind. 

But right now, she is not at all getting why her dad is behaving like this and why Valentina is here in the first place to talk about her Marriage with Edward when she can easily ask Xavier or George about it! 

"What are you talking about?" Rose asked making Valentina chuckle.

"Isn't your daughter so naive at these things?" Valentina asked making Edward sigh.

"That doesn't matter to you! You getting it? Better stay away from my daughter's Marriage... If you still keep liking Xavier, it will only hurt you... But they will be happy in their marriage! So, better stay away from all this!" Edward said as he walked towards Valentina with a stern face. 

"Ohh... Really?" Valentina asked as she raised her eyebrows at Edward and Rose frowned at what they are talking about.

"Alright... Let's see, if I can stay away from their marriage life or not!" Valentina said making Edwrad frown.

"What do you mean by that?" Edward asked and Valentina frowned.

"I guess... You got it clearly?" Valentina asked making Edward frown.

"Why are you behaving like this? You have a great future a head... There are many guys who wants you... Can't you just date someone?" Rose asked making Edward and Valentina turn towards her.

Valentina walked towards Rose and looked at her in her eyes.

"Why don't you divorce your husband and find someone else, Sweetheart? I am sure... There are so many more too who wants to have you in their lives!" Valentina said.

"Valentina, I am married to Xavier Avalanzo! Marriage is not something that you marry and leave... You getting it?" Rose asked.

"Oh my... Look who is talking?" Valentina asked as she stepped back making Rose and Edward sigh. 

"Valentina, Please... Stay away from us." Rose said making Valentina roll her eyes.

"Sure... I will!" Valentina replied making Rose and Edward eyes wide as how fast she accepted to stay away from them.

They both didn't expected that she will accept that but this is something that Edward and Rose were shocked about. 

"You agreed?" Rose asked and Valentina nodded her head in yes.

"Yes... Why not?" Valentina asked.

"Seriously? You will stay away from me and Xavier?" Rose asked and Valantina nodded her head in yes.

"Yes... Until..." Valentina cut off in mid- sentence making them both frown.

"Huh?" Rose asked.

"Until?" Rose asked and Edward looked at Valentina.

"Until... Xavier fall for me!" Valentina answered making Edwrad's eyes wide and Rose sighed as she knows that Xavier already loves Valentina and now, she is sure that... Valentina would never stay away them... Never! 

"Why are you doing this, Valentina?" Edward asked sternly.

"Why did you even made them marry them together?" Valentina yelled at Edward making them both wide their eyes at seeing Valentina sudden anger raise.

"Why did you just marry your daughter with him?" Valentina yelled again as she couldn't take it anymore and bust her anger that she is controlling a lot from a long time. 

"And I am sure... There is something going on in between you guys!" Valentina yelled making Edward's eyes wide again and Rose frowned at her.

"I am so sure... That You are doing something behind... And just wait for the day, Edwrad Morgan... You will suffer a lot... A lot!" Valentina said making Edward smile.

"I will not but you will, Valentina... You will suffer a lot in this... I am sure... And you can't even do anything about it... Because until then, you would lose all your hopes. Keep this in your mind." Edward replied making Valantina chuckle.

"Do you think, I can't do anything if I lose hopes? Do you really think that? Well... I guess... Time will say everything." Valentina said with a smirk making Edwrad frown. 

"I am sure, you are doing all this for you daughter... But remember... There will be a day where your daughter cries a lot... For your doings... Keep that in mind." Valentina replied making Rose look at Edward and he gulped his saliva making Valantina chuckle.

"My dad did nothing..." Rose said making Valentina nod her head at her.

"Yeah... It will only be out when time comes..." Valentina replied making Rose frown and Valentina stepped back and walked towards the couch. She grabbed her bag and looked at Edward and Rose for the last time and walked towards the door but stopped when Edward called her name.

"Ms. Jackson..." Edward called making her turn her stop in mid way. She frowned at his calling but she still turned around towards him.

"About you father... Can I know who told you or should I say rumoured around that I know your father very well?" Edward asked making Rose frown at his question and Valentina smirked at him.

"Well... I guess... You have powers in yoru hands... Right?" Valentina asked making Edward look at her sternly.

"I am sure... You can find out... Who told me that my father is close to you! Maybe... That person is close to you too?" Valentina asked making Edwrad frown.

"Good luck finding him out!" Valentina said with a smile and opened the door. She walked out of the office and closed the door behind her back.

As soon as she closed the door, a tear falls down from her eyes as she walked towards the Elevator. 

But she took a deep breath and wiped the tears away from her eyes... She got inside the Elevator and soon reached the basement. 

As she walked out of the Elevator... She saw, a girl is making a woman helping to sit inside the girl that looks like Laila... But before she walked towards the car... They all got inside the car and the car drives away from their. 

Valentina frowned as the car drives off.

"Is she Laila? I am sure... It's her... But... What happened to her? She was good until a few minutes back? Umm... Maybe, it's someone else... Who looks similar?" Valentina asked herself and removed the thoughts away and got inside her car and drove off from there.
