Shadow Nine was nearing the summit of the snowy mountain.

The two soon arrived at a cake shop, where they found two familiar figures hard at work.

Michael, his injuries slightly improved, was back to his old ways-smashing walls with James.

The Happy Times Bakery had been renovated and demolished so many times that it was hard to keep track.

Apollo looked at his only disciple and said seriously,

"You won't become an Ultimate Lord within the next twenty years."

Michael froze for a moment, then broke into a wide grin.

If he couldn't become an Ultimate Lord in the next twenty years, that meant he could after twenty years!

For someone like Michael, who had lived a life of hardship and struggle, this was a light at the end of the tunnel.

He had truly given his all for humanity.

Michael had even died for humanity.

With Apollo's words, even if Apollo never taught him anything else, Michael would still consider him his true master.
