Chapter 227: | 227 | TIMESKIP: Part Fifteen - Laplace's Return
"Does my husband want to cuddle?" Laplace teased with a grin as Abraham hugged her tightly. He quickly halted his embrace, coughing to calm his pounding heart down. He was delighted beyond expectations as if the world had returned to what it once was.
"Sorry, couldn't control myself there." Abraham wryly smiled, but Laplace merely chuckled before kissing him for the first time in several months. "My husband deserves a reward for waking me up."
Their lips and tongue entangled with one another, saliva melding with glee. It was a long passionate kiss, a much needed embrace for the two of them. The two backed away after spending a fiery moment together as Laplace took notice of a bump on her husband's pants.
"Quite a greedy one aren't you?" Laplace smirked, shaking her head at his antiques. It appears that her husband didn't change during their time away from each other. It was a good thing as she didn't want her husband transformed into someone else without her by his side.
"Ehem... Let's not talk about that." Abraham cough, embarrassingly rubbing the back of his head. But as he glanced around, he took noticed of the destruction brought about by their recent battle. The ruined landscape of the capital city had long faded, replaced by a flat surface of dust and ash.
Other than the devastated castle in the center of the capital, there were no structures around. It reminded him of the fallen country that had faced its destruction from the wrath brought about by the Dragon of Destruction. Although, it was an alternate personality, it was still his wife regardless.
The gears inside his mind began turning, trying to solve a troublesome issue that was about to come. But before he could find a solution, he must truly understand what the Dragon of Destruction really was.
Turning his gaze towards Laplace, he calmly remarked. "I'd like to hear some explanation about that alternate version of you. It was problematic to fight her in your body. I found it difficult to go all out." His words made Laplace raised her eyebrows, staring at the destruction that surrounded them.
Abraham merely avoided her questioning gaze as he couldn't deny that it was mostly his attacks that flattened the ground around them. After all, it was his External Release which affected the heavens and earth, aiding him in his battle.
Her spells were merely a beam of light, leaving nothing but craters and fissures on the ground. Its destruction wasn't as expansive as his, which practically manipulated the ground to crumble under his command.
Laplace soon sighed as she understood that a civilization once stood in the ruined, sinking island. Her golden irises shimmered as she explained her thoughts about what had happened.
"When I was leaving the sovereignty of the United World Government, heading towards the Frontier. I lost my consciousness to my instincts, becoming nothing more but a wild animal. As you would expect, a pregnant wild animal tend to be sensitive in their surroundings."
"Anything they perceive as a threat would be or should be destroyed. It was for this reason that I left the United World Government. I couldn't trust myself to not perceive anyone other than myself as a threat. I didn't know what happened after I blacked out."
"But there are some tiny bits of fragmented memories going around. I found a great spot to incubate my egg, but needed a few months to release it from my system. I drove out the locals guarding the place and made it my home."
"It must have been an important island as they seemed ferocious and determined to get it back. First they started an army, then after all were decimated, they began sending scattered groups across the island. Naturally, all of them died."
Laplace had no regrets as she spoke of what she remembered. While she shouldn't have intruded in a populated island, there were many better ideas than trying to fight a dragon, a gargantuan one at that. Even a normal dragon would have been so feared, so it made her wonder what had gone through the minds of those guys.
"To warn them, I had to sink a few islands nearby. But from the looks of it, the warning never gone through them. After all, they sent another army much bigger than before. The island I considered a temporary home was practically under sieged."
"I was angered by the arrogance of such insects. I destroyed their enemies one after another and made them retreat. Though, I simply didn't end it there. I followed their retreating fleet back to their homeland and gave them about a week to leave their country."
"They seemed to be stubborn with the monarch stopping anyone from leaving his kingdom. However, burning through the castle practically let them all loose. Most citizens evacuated this kingdom, but many warriors stayed behind for their honor."
"I don't remember much about them, perhaps they were too weak for me to remember." Laplace ended her explanation, bringing about silence on the way. She lowered her head, understanding what she had done. But she felt her husband's hand over her head, patting it like before.
"No matter how much I preach about things. I'm still a human, and I tend to be biased to my family. Quite an unpleasant personality, indeed." Abraham lightly chuckled as his gaze narrowed, realizing about what he should do regarding the fallen kingdom.
From the words of his wife, the citizens of the kingdom were still alive. Somewhere in the Frontier, perhaps roaming through the seas or already colonizing another island. Since months had already passed, he would have to investigate their whereabouts. Read latest stories on m_v-l'e|-NovelBin.net
Them being alive made things complicated. At the very least, if there was no one, he could pin the blame to someone or something else. But with witnesses numbering in the thousands, it was troublesome to handle without some manipulation within the population.
"If you have an unpleasant personality, then I might have a crazy one. We already lived in a civilized world, after all." Laplace muttered, shaking her head. What she had done was wrong regardless of her reasons.
"Well, I think I'm already deranged man for marrying a crazy woman." Abraham responded with a smile, making the dragoness give him a side eye. "Even in this situation, you still find various ways to seduce me. What a bad man you are, Abraham."
"What can I say? My wife is too beautiful for me to resist." Abraham said as the edges of his lips rose, though before he could continue speaking. He felt Laplace pinch his ears, dragging it along with her while heading towards the castle.
"So, I remembered about the think about Charlotte and Mercedes." She uttered while keeping her fingers to his ears. Abraham didn't resist and replied while getting dragged away. "Well, it wasn't their fault. I simply made them do it." He tried smiling, but it wasn't a good one.
"Bullsh*t, my Love. You think I don't know what kind of man you are? Unless they put their pussy on your face, you would never notice them making a move." Laplace's words were worrisome and straightforward, but it wasn't wrong.
"I- Please forgive them, Laplace. I wi-" Before Abraham could continue apologizing for the two, Laplace asked a question that dumbfounded him. "Hmm... How did it happen and how did the three of you do it? Did you take them one by one?"
The question was too astounding even for Abraham, but noticing the scrutinizing gaze of his wife. He didn't have a choice but to answer. "Eh, well... It was only for one night. It started with me and Charlotte, but Mercedes joined along the way."
"Damn... Threesome? How lucky!" Laplace pouted as she was annoyed that the two managed to experience it before her. On the other hand, Abraham felt the gears of his mind breaking into pieces. He couldn't help but wonder if he had actually married a crazy dragoness.
"So, regarding Mercedes. How did the two of you do it?" Laplace continued her questioning like a vexing fan discussing about her favorite erotica in the open. "I- What do you mean by that?" Abraham had a question mark, curious about what Laplace meant.
She shook her head annoyance as if looking down on her husband for not being able to answer it. "You understand what I mean." Laplace showed off her body as if trying to give her husband a point. It took some time, but Abraham finally realized what she wanted to know.
"I don't know how to say it, but... I guess we did it in her beastfolk form." Abraham rubbed the back of his head, embarrassed by the questioning of Laplace. "So, you did it with her fur around?" Laplace had a shocked expression, while an unexpected monotone voice emerged out of nowhere.
| A Furry |
'Systema?' Abraham was somewhat surprised as she wasn't the type to be active when it wasn't something important related to the United World Government. But, to think she would merely leave a goddamn remark after abandoning him.
"It seems that you aren't as much of a conservative as I thought, Abraham. I didn't think you would fuck her with the fur around. Damn..." Laplace felt as though she was hearing about a strange telenovela about a beastfolk and a human.
"Hmm... Would it work in my dragon form." She quietly murmured to herself, curious about the thought. Meanwhile, Abraham heard her words, resulting in shivers into his spine.
"Please don't."
