Jiang Hao watched in silence, his gaze fixed on the creature’s struggle. To his astonishment, within mere moments, the death Qi had completely consumed the snake’s head. The dark energy then intensified, visibly spreading from the head down the length of the snake’s body at an alarming rate, leaving nothing untouched.
The snake’s desperate writhing was in vain. Soon, it was entirely ensnared by a sinister black mist, immobilized by the coiling death Qi.
With a simple gesture, Jiang Hao summoned the death Qi from the snake’s body. It coalesced into a sphere, just a tad smaller than a ping-pong ball, and dropped into his palm. He absorbed it entirely, feeling it flow through his meridians and finally converge within his dantian, bolstering his Chaotic Genuine Qi.
Jiang Hao sensed a slight but definite increase in his internal power. Eagerly, he accessed the System Panel and noticed a transformation in the Death Qi Entanglement skill.
