Rin and Erix used full-time in Limitless Plane to explore and expand different ways of the Chaos concept.

Their progress to reaching the 2nd realm concept was slow because of the nature of the concept. Both of them could see many possibilities on how they could direct their Chaos concept forward, but that also prevented them from progressing.

Their understanding of those possibilities was still vague and not solidified. They didn't know how and which way should their Chaos concept progress.

But they could only try without giving up despite knowing their dilemma.

On the other hand, Isabella and Aria made significant progress. Aria even succeeded in awakening the Ice element, reaching 1st realm in Ice affinity in her first Limitless Plane session.

Isabella had been trying to awaken the Magma element since she had focused on the Fire and Earth combo for the past week and also succeeded today.

With Magma, Isabella's affinities numbered five.

Fire — 3rd realm

Water — 2nd realm

Earth — 2nd realm

Wind — 2nd realm

Magma — 1st realm

After everyone got kicked out of the Limitless Plane, Isabella said, "The world boss will start after half an hour. I have enough to buy the Attribute-concept slate, but I'll do it after the world boss."

"That reminded me, we didn't have the option of Attribute-concept slate when we checked Mystic Shop, so that means a higher level of Mystic Shop gives more types of items?" Erix rubbed his chin.

Rin nodded, "I remember that we can increase Mystic Shop's rank by spending Mystic Coins. 10,000 coins to make it level 2 if I am not wrong."

"Mystic Shop? What is that?" Aria curiously asked.

"It's a special shop in the Labyrinth Towers. You'll know how it works when we go there after World Boss," Isabella smiled. "And yes, my Mystic Shop's level is at 3, and the options of Attribute-slate also appeared in this level."

"I see…Well, Rin and I can take it easy on getting new powers. We still have a bunch that we have to get on the same level, haha."

"Yeah, I want to get this Chaos concept 2nd realm and then my Attribute-concept to 2nd realm," Rin nodded.

"Yep. Same," Erix grinned, and then his eyes suddenly flashed as he thought of something, "Rin…How about we focus on how Chaos can affect our affectable powers in different ways?"

"You see, the concept of Chaos can do many things because it can apply to almost everything, and since the 2nd realm will only unfold based on our own thinking and direction, let's utilize it well."

"Hmm…It seems that you thought of something," Rin raised her eyebrows.

"Yep. I am thinking about gearing my meaning of Chaos to affect things chaotically with longer and permanent changes in things," Erix's eyes gleamed. "Not just our own, but influence external powers and things too."

"I see what you mean," Rin grinned. "We'll work on this in our next Limitless Plane session."

"Also, I'm gonna put our guild and Heavenly Melody guild bases on the Island," Erix said with a thoughtful expression. "The environment of the island is way better, and training is faster there."

"Our island is roughly as big as this meadow where everyone is living, but the living space we have here is not much," Rin said. "I think we can barely hold a thousand people properly. The other areas must be ours to shape and make for training and other things."

"Anyway, let's go and announce the tournament first since almost everyone in the city is gathered at the tower."

"The number is more than I imagined," Rin said with a chuckle as her spiritual mystic eye captured the view of people at the tower.

The group left the Island and flew towards the gathering at the tower since the boss would appear in the vast jungle patch at the east of the tower until the river.

The jungle would creeply grow every day and also get destroyed every day due to boss fights.

Everyone had gathered together near the tower outside and were waiting for the world boss to appear at midnight like usual.

People all over the world were also waiting for their respective area's world boss to appear at exactly 12 o' clock.

Erix and others arrived, their presence naturally attracting everyone's attention.

This was also a perfect chance to announce the tournament since almost everyone living in the area was present.

A lot of people still hadn't gotten their U-cards, so Erix decided to distribute the U-cards first.

After everyone got the U-card, Erix said, his voice loud and clear, "I have an announcement to make, an important one!"

Waving his hand, Erix consumed ten thousand Prana and created a stylist array of weapons above him. They were just designs with no actual foundation but each had an exotic metal structure and powerful aura of their Tier-5 and higher materials, shining brightly in everyone's eyes as they saw them.

All types of melee weapons and ranged weapons were present in the showcase, each fantastically altered and looking powerful because Erix had the abundance of knowledge and imagination required to create magic formations for weapons because of his time spent on creating skills.

"Not to boast, but if I make a custom weapon for you using a myriad of Metals with exotic attributes at my disposal, it's going to be your strongest weapon."

Everyone gulped, their desire invoking as they looked at the array of over a hundred weapons floating above Erix.

If there was one common thing that every single person possessed in this current world, it was the desire to become more powerful.

"However, not everyone is worthy of my careful crafting of legendary weapons," Erix smiled and snapped his finger, causing all weapons to vanish.

Everyone's gaze shifted to Erix, their hearing rapt and focus aimed at him.

"Only members of the Unfettered Fate guild will be privileged for this boon."

The other guild leaders and core members of their guilds felt immense pressure once again.

But aside from that, they also felt an instinctive desire to become a member of this powerful force.

"And those who left the guild before..." Erix narrowed his eyes while his smile turned cold, "You can forget about joining us ever again."

Those over eighty people who left the Unfettered Fate guild felt heart-twisting regret that turned their lever green.

A burst of laughter also rose among the crowd.

"So, what is the requirement to join?"

Someone asked in a voice infused with Prana while the rest remained silent for the answer.

"A simple tournament of three rounds. It will start tomorrow morning, at ten."

Erix smiled and added, "We have time until the boss appears, so let me state the rules."

"First round. We will use the Arena function for team battle. You all vs us four. But," Erix waved his index finger as if saying no, "But you will not attack us."

"In that team battle, all of you must defend yourselves from our attacks from above. Nothing else."

"The battle will go on until only one hundred participants remain. They will be divided into two groups and do another team battle against themselves."

"When the total number of people in battle reaches fifty combining the remaining people of both teams, we'll proceed to the final round."

"1v1 battles. Simply put, the fifty of you will fight each other while we eat popcorn. In the end, we'll select ten people to become the members of the Unfettered Fate guild."

The daily world boss event also began as the countdown started.

Five seconds passed as they finished their exchange, and the gargantuan boss started materializing. It looked as if it was made of metal, but had a unique stuture.

While its giant legs started materilizing, a phenomenon descended.

Everyone heard a notification, but Rin and Erix were surprised, while Aria was as curious as ever because all of this was her first time.

"What is Safe Veil? I'm sure this didn't appear when we fought World Boss daily five months ago," Erix said as he looked at the giant barrier that covered a hundred kilometers of radius with the World Boss at the center.

It was five kilometers away from the group of twenty-five thousand people that spread in the sky. Some groups also stayed on the ground as they had more advantage and power on the ground.

"The daily World Boss event changed after we cleared the 3rd floor. They are insanely strong and cause widespread destruction where everyone dies multiple times."

"Today's world boss is yet again different. It's different every day, but…" Isabella looked at the one-kilometer-tall robotic giant.

It was made of metal and looked sci-fi, with a humanoid robotic structure.

Just as Isabella finished speaking, the two eye sockets on the giant robot golem glowed crimson before it released a sweeping slater five meters in height, spanning a hundred kilometers in length, until the border of Safe Veil.

The laser didn't just sweep at a single angle, but in a zig-zag manner. This made it hard for people to even predict, making it a matter of luck for many.

Erix, Rin, Aria, and Amu were fast enough to react, but only Erix needed to act, so the others didn't do anything.

Erix made everyone teleport instantly to dodge the sweeping laser attack.

This first attack instantly killed several thousand people out of twenty-five thousand.

"They are dying again," Aaron said with a pout.

"Kids. Focus on training," Leon said with a stern expression. It was his duty today to keep the kids' attention away from the battle.

"No, I want to see Rin and Erix! They are strong! I want to see their power!"

"Me too!"

"Sir Leon, pretty please…"

"We are already used to it. Remember, we also died several times…" a nine-year-old kid with brown hair said while rolling his eyes.
