Chapter 264: Crystal Dragon Court

The two fanatics weren't able to think about anything and they all fainted. Deep in them a stigma emerged to never provoke this individual.

Seth was a bit confused but after observing he nodded and then walked ahead.

Just now he used a Human Grade Attribute he had never used before. He used Dominance.

Ascending to Grade 1 human reward only Luck attribute. A Grade 2; Dominance. A Grade; Charisma. A Grade 4 is Aura etc. The higher the Grade the more Absolute Attribute one can amass.

These attributes were permanent and had a strong effect on the user and the victims. But also they were vague that one has to explore them gradually.

Luck was just a passive effect, it enhanced good encounters and reduced bad encounters.

For example, Seth felt the need to buy Gawee Cart, Red Diamond and Inchor Essence, and now all of them seemed to be invaluable resources to him.

His thought and action was influenced by Luck. Even his meeting with Crimson Silk and the later Ruin Trial was also influenced by luck.

One needs to know that Luck can bring bad things for special reward but also negate good things if there is danger or problems with it. Nonetheless, it's not omnipotent.

Besides there are things that can't be influenced by it and some beings can even see the rate of one luck which defeats its purpose and mystery.

Dominance was a mental attack that bloomed to cause damage to the body. If the mental attack isn't successful the person will only experience dizziness or fatigue.

Seth walked deeper as he kept the chakram at his waist for emergency and then looked around. Realizing there might be more danger, Seth pulled out a long brush that dripped yellow liquid and smeared at the wall.

He smiled as he painted an image while doing so, he poured more aura into it before he walked forward. But if one looked where he painted, they wouldn't see anything there.

Seth in his two days traveling has harvested a lot of things. Not only does he study the Red Stream Skill formation, but he also reads through the books his Ascendent Self wrote. One of which was the First Painting Comprehension.

It has a deeper meaning that now Seth suspects that even his Ascendent Self only grasped about 40% of its true nature.

This scared him and also elated him.

It scared him that he now had to put the damn painting down and not use it again or he might get lost in it.

It elated him that Ascendent Seth, copying a few copies, had managed to break the Quest and when he, the normal Seth, made 100,000 copies, the quest changed and became 100 special copies for him to get a reward.

When he finished the new 100 Special Copy 'Quest' he had to put down the First Painting for his safety.

Now Seth has about 11 First Painting Canvas Replicas of different ranks. He has Rank E-, E, E+ each three and two D- ranks.

Another thing was, Seth can harvest the lower Replica (Rank F series) from First Painting Canvas if he has enough good papers to convert.

What was more important was that his Painting Skills had jumped to an exaggerated level beyond what he even thought possible and he was improving by the day.

As Seth went deeper into the dragon court, no one attacked him.

He soon came to a large opening with a clear sky and sun overhead cascading a bright glow. The place was soothing and felt calming.

Seth felt his body becoming stronger than before, he smiled as he secretly activated Aura Sight and looked around.

Nothing, and so he went ahead. That was when he saw statues of giant dragons and small dragons of different forms.

Just looking will make him know the type of dragon and its basic abilities.

There were thousands of statues there, he looked around in awe and found that every dragon he met had a statue there.

Even Vela the Velocity and Momentum have statues that resemble them. But the difference was that it was about Acceleration and Inertia Dragon.

With Aura Sight, Identification and other related skills, and also a hidden Chronicler Book scribing the adventure in his green cloak.

Seth was capturing everything the entire time. But then Seth added his skill of influencing events, he states "he saw an uncarved soft stone for Vela."

He didn't spend ten minutes moving; he came across many stones for extra carving. Seth smiled. He brought out his tools and then he began to work.

An hour later, a pristine-looking Vela Dragon stood with her wings open. He plucked her aura from the womb and infused it. The newly carved statue became semi-alive.

Seth felt some sort of admiration coming from Vela before it vanished. He turned and walked away but met with a big man, with tattoos, having only a loincloth. He seemed more menacing than those Seth beat up.

"I see you have found a new variant!" he said with gladness in his voice.

"Yeah!"

"But did it awaken her voice?" the tattoo man asked.

"Not yet!"

He nodded and then asked seriously, "We are the dragon tribesmen. We hate those that disrespect the Sacred Race!" Before Seth said anything he added, "You reek of dragon scent and some of their curses. Which means you have a bad interaction with them!"

"I agree that those that harm or kill dragons should be punished to a certain extent. But I exist to show the baby dragon the hard way. Even one of the Golden Royalty Vassals ignored my action. That is an approval!"

The tribesman was stunned before he frowned, "You are….!" he wanted to say lying but stopped as he stared at Seth.

"I do not know if what you say is false or not but I won't fight you. Immortalizing variant dragons warrants that from me as a Dragon Statue Keeper. But heed my word, there are those far worse than me, they will do anything to kill you and free the innocent you kept captive!"

"Thank you for your understanding!" Seth said as he went ahead.

He went ahead, for hours looking around, until he reached a place made of crystal everywhere. A dorm and numerous lizard-sized dragons were flying under it. Some vomit fire and smoke and some green glasses.

He went deeper until it was night. The dragon court was exaggeratedly large. Thankfully, he knew where he was going.

It was at dawn when he reached his destination.

"The moon didn't bother me!" Seth exclaimed. He felt without invoking the moon's blessing it won't even know where he is.

"You are in the Crystal Dragon King Court!"

Seth heard a humanoid voice and he looked around but no one was there. He checked again several times with his Aura Sight but didn't see anyone.

He then looked at the beautiful mesmerizing Crystal Palace Court, the dorm above reflecting light mostly white but occasionally some colours.

After he looked again, he saw that those that showed other colours were images. Seth exclaimed as he saw Living Roots and the other Sanctuary he had been to.

There were others he never went to but could vaguely see. "Amazing," he said as he realized this was where he could get the map.

But before that, he brought out his only two crystals. Red Diamond and Crystal Clear stone. Nothing happened drastically but he felt the court was more inviting.

In this place, a person can find any location they want. As so, Seth felt the need to approach a place, a crystal wall, that reflected him in full.

Looking at it, his Grade 3 shifted to Grade 5 and his attire shifted from armour to fabric. His green cloak changed to a blue cape that had green, silver white, red and yellow at the edges.

His demeanour became more of a Lord and his halo appeared tangible.

Seth could feel he was changing from the inside but due to his body limitations, it was slow.

He got close to the crystal mirror and looked at himself, he really had grown, and his eyes held intelligence beyond his peers, he also had this presence that was hard to describe.

He noticed the red diamond and clear crystal were expanding before they stopped. His staff also seemed to be emitting strange energy more than before. Her awakening node was accelerating.

Seth touched the crystal wall, he felt the need to seek the place he wanted to know or see.

"Path to visit other continents!" Seth said. Most would say to leave or to escape, but he abstained from that.

Huhhhhhhh!

Seth took a deep breath as his mind zoomed down, he saw a massive continent, it was charred black.

Some parts looked like burnt wood, crumbling into ashes while others looked like skin burnt to crisp and then a raging black ashes moving amidst the storm. At one place was deep red, flowing, and churning.

Seth's heart felt as if gripped, and the more he examined the more he felt it was indeed being squeezed.

His Will at his chest cracked but the black dot absorbed the effect and mended the cracks. But even that will have limits.

Seth noticed a tiny dot of green on the massive land and then he saw a bit bigger healed location that he identified as Living Roots and Garden Of Eden respectively.
